The Schedule: Usually runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day) or 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Night). Timing can be adjusted to client’s convenience.

Standard Care is designed for stable patients or the elderly who require assistance with daily living, medication management, and basic vital monitoring (BP, Sugar, Pulse). In contrast, Critical Care is mandatory for high-dependency patients—such as those recently discharged from the ICU, individuals on ventilators or BiPAP, or those requiring specialized procedures like Tracheostomy care and Ryle’s Tube feeding. Because Critical Care involves managing life-support equipment and handling medically unstable conditions, it is managed by our most senior, ICU-trained nursing professionals, which is reflected in the specialized pricing.

Medicine rates are client's responsibility. We only provide skilled nurse packages.
Yes, we offer refund for change of mind reasons. The refund is calculated based on per day charges. The days served will be deducted and the rest returned. Suppose you avail our one month service and decide to end after 15 days, half of the payment will be returned.
The rates are the same whether the service provided is at home or at a Hospital.
